The Primecut Story
Built for a frame the industry forgot.
Somewhere between vanity sizing and slim-fit marketing, shorter men got left behind. Every mainstream brand engineers their clothes for a man closer to 6ft. Their XS is just narrower. Their fitted still lands at your mid-thigh. The shoulder seam still falls off your shoulder.
This is not about height. It is about proportion. And proportion has been overlooked for too long.
Where we started
Primecut began with a simple problem: men under 5ft 9 could not find a crew neck tee that looked right without tailoring, guesswork, or rolling up sleeves that still hung past their elbows.
Not a size issue. A pattern issue.
We went back to the pattern and rebuilt it. Shorter body length. Proportional sleeves. A shoulder seam that sits where it should. A relaxed but structured midsection that works across builds. Then we chose a fabric that earns it: 160 GSM cotton-poly blend, butter-soft with enough weight to hold its shape wash after wash.
