How do I choose my size?
Start with the chest. Lay a tee that fits you well flat, measure straight across from armpit to armpit and double it, then compare that with the shirt chest in our size guide. Next, check the tee length. Both need to work.
These are garment measurements from our supplier and can vary by 1–3 cm.
How should I use the height guide?
The approx. height column is a rough starting point, not a size recommendation. Height alone doesn't tell us your chest, build or how you like a tee to fit.
Always check the shirt chest and tee length for your fit. For L and above, compare the tee length with a tee you already own.
Can I change the colors in a preset pack?
No. Each preset pack comes in fixed colors, listed on the product, for example 2 Black + 2 Navy + 1 White. To choose your own colors, build a pack on the tee page.
Can I mix sizes within a pack?
No. You choose one size, and every tee in the pack comes in that size. If you need different sizes, order a separate pack or single tees for each size.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs US$8.91 on orders below US$65 and is free on orders of US$65 or more, with tracking, to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. The US$65 threshold uses your merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours; delivery times shown are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Taxes or duties collected by PrimeCut are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–15 days to the United States, 5–10 days to Australia, 8–15 days to Canada and 6–10 days to the United Kingdom. These are calendar days and estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Email support@getprimecut.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the items and whether you prefer a refund or size exchange. For fit or change-of-mind returns, tees must be unwashed, unaltered and unworn other than briefly trying them on indoors, with attached tags kept in place.
You pay return postage for fit or change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise; we cover reasonable necessary return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address, and to process refunds within 5–7 business days after checking your return.
You can return individual tees from a pack, refunded at the discounted amount allocated to each tee. Free promotional bundle gifts (the $10 gift card and the e-book) are yours to keep.
How should I wash my tees?
Machine wash cold. Hang dry.
How are digital gift cards delivered?
Digital gift cards are delivered by email with a code you enter at checkout. They come in $10, $25, $50 and $100, and nothing is shipped.
