Standard t-shirts are designed for men around 6ft tall. The body is too long, the sleeves are too loose, and the proportions just don't work on shorter frames. Primecut is engineered from scratch for men under 5ft 9 — shorter body length, correctly fitted sleeves, and a relaxed midsection that looks clean without clinging or bunching.

Most "slim fit" options are simply narrower versions of standard tees — they still have the same length issue. Primecut adjusts body length, sleeve length, and shoulder width proportionally for shorter frames. The result is a tee that looks intentional, not like it was bought a size too small.

Our tees are proportioned for men 5ft 9 and under. Height is only a rough guide, so check the shirt chest and tee length in our size guide for your fit.

We don't publish a shrinkage figure. To care for your tee, machine wash cold and hang dry, as listed on the product.

We offer XXS, XS, S, M, L, and XL. Every size is proportioned for men under 5ft 9 — not scaled down from a larger template.

Free shipping on orders US$65+ · US$8.91 below US$65, with tracking. The US$65 threshold uses your merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes; gift cards and digital products don't count toward it. We ship to the countries listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 7–15 calendar days. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error or wish to request a change or cancellation, email support@getprimecut.com promptly. We will check whether the request can still be accommodated based on the order’s fulfillment status. This does not affect any cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

If the fit is not right or you change your mind, you can request a return or size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Tees must be unwashed, unaltered and unworn other than briefly trying them on indoors, with attached tags kept in place. For fit or change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Email support@getprimecut.com with your order number or other proof of purchase, the items you wish to return, and whether you prefer a refund or size exchange. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address — please contact us before shipping anything back. After receiving and checking your return, we aim to process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Yes. You may return an entire preset pack or individual tees from a pack. Your merchandise refund is the discounted amount allocated to each returned tee on your original order, not the single-tee retail price, and the tees you keep aren't repriced. For example, one tee from an equally allocated $69.99 three-pack with no further discount is refunded $23.33. Refundable taxes are calculated separately.

You keep it. If your qualifying order included a free promotional $10 PrimeCut gift card, we won't deactivate it, reduce its remaining balance or deduct its value from your merchandise refund after a full or partial return, even if you've already used it. This applies to promotional cards, not gift cards purchased separately.

Contact support@getprimecut.com as soon as you notice a problem, with your order details and, where helpful, photos of the item and packaging. We'll investigate and arrange the remedy you're entitled to, which may include a replacement or refund, and we cover reasonable necessary return postage. Our 30-day window doesn't cut off your statutory rights.
