Track Your Order
Enter your order number and email, or a tracking number, on the tracking page. When your order is dispatched, we also email the available tracking information to the address used at checkout.
- Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours before dispatch.
- Tracking may not update immediately after a label is created, or while a parcel moves between carriers.
- Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, or you need help reading a tracking update, email support@getprimecut.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
