Returns & refunds

For fit or change-of-mind returns, tees must be unwashed, unaltered and unworn other than briefly trying them on indoors, with attached tags kept in place, and you pay the return postage except where applicable law requires otherwise. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover reasonable necessary return postage.
You can return individual tees from a pack; the merchandise refund is the discounted amount allocated to each returned tee on your order. Free promotional gifts that came with your bundle (the $10 gift card and the e-book) are yours to keep after a full or partial return.

How should I use the height guide?
The approx. height column is a rough starting point, not a size recommendation. Height alone doesn't tell us your chest, build or how you like a tee to fit.
Always check the shirt chest and tee length for your fit. For L and above, compare the tee length with a tee you already own.
Can I change the colors in this pack?
No. This preset pack comes in the fixed colors listed above. To choose your own colors, build a pack on the tee page.
Can I mix sizes within a pack?
No. You choose one size, and every tee in the pack comes in that size. If you need different sizes, order a separate pack or single tees for each size.
What are the free gifts with a bundle?
Each eligible bundle comes with a $10 PrimeCut gift card, and the PrimeCut e-book is included once per customer. Both are added to your cart automatically at no charge and delivered by email. The gift card is a separate gift, not a discount on today's order, and both gifts are yours to keep if you later return tees.

You pay return postage for fit or change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise; we cover reasonable necessary return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address, and to process refunds within 5–7 business days after checking your return.
